Generalized Effects

This tagline also designates that an attack missed, but unlike the Miss tagline, the actual attack was forced out of the way and in a different direction. Any special attack that would be exhausted due to a hit is done so by this tagline (i.e.: it counts as a hit but does not take effect and the skill is spent).
