Description:

Stopping attacks helps your chances of survival. With this, a character is now able to attack with the Demi-Melee Damage tagline. On a successful hit, the character can call "Demi-melee damage". This causes the victim to lose 50% of their damage (rounded down). This is not a permanent reduction to the victim. The reduction in damage is remove and damage returns to normal after 1 hour.
