A rare state of the “Bleeding to Death” status. While in extremis the PC is still bleeding to death, and still only has one minute before hitting dead status, but unlike the normal bleeding to death status, they can still talk, but only faintly. The character can only just barely talk; they cannot move, scream, make an action, or do anything else.
