Force/Confining

This effect is a more powerful version of Bind; likewise, it causes the target’s arms to be tightly bound to their sides. While the target’s arms are bound they must hold their arms at their sides and are not able to attack or defend through these means. It should be noted the target’s legs are not bound. Endowed Binds can be broken by +4 strength or greater on a 6 count. This has a Lesser duration of one minute and a Greater duration of ten minutes.
