Force/Confining Effects

With this effect, the target is effectively tethered to the plane of existence they are currently on when struck with this effect. This would include the mortal realm or physical realm for those creatures that are phasing. This effect can also prevent a spirit on the Twilight from reentering the mortal realm for a short time. This effect cannot be broken, but instead can only be remedied or waited out. Be it noted as well that this effect has no effect on the Stealth ability.  Standard duration is 10 minutes.
