Force/Confining Effects

This effect causes the target’s arms to be tightly bound to their sides. While the target’s arms are bound they must hold their arms at their sides and are not able to attack or defend through these means.  It should be noted the target’s legs are not  bound. The Bind effect can be broken by +1 Strength or greater on a 3 count. Standard duration is 10 minutes.
