Like web but stronger, this effect consumes the target and effectively covers them in a web making them unable to move; alternatively, other people can move them. A person can break from this effect with the help of +6 strength or greater on a 6 count. Unlike normal webs, greater webs cannot be cut. Standard duration is 10 minutes.
