With this ability, the character can spend 5 sp to shoot a firearm into the air, affect all living creatures within a 30-foot-radius are effected as if they were subject to the Fear effect. To use this ability, a gun must be shot into the air. The tagline “30-foot radius Fear” should be yelled.
